Services
- Reception: We are available daily from 6:30 to 10:30 am and from 4 to 8 pm.
- Safe for valuables: We have a safe at the reception. We will gladly store money, jewellery, documents or other valuables securely for you. Just ask us.
- Room cleaning: Your room is cleaned daily. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please let us know.
- Towels: For the sake of the environment: towels left on the floor will be replaced, towels hung up mean you will use them again.
- Coffee & water: In the breakfast room you will find coffee specialities from our coffee machine and fresh lemon water.
- On request: Iron and ironing board, extra bed, baby cot, late check-out.
- Bicycles: You can park your bicycle safely with us. Please ask at the reception.
- Taxi: We are happy to call a taxi for you.
- Payment: Cash, debit card or credit card. We are happy to issue an invoice to your company; please give us the address on arrival.
- Lost and found: Forgot something? Give us a call, we keep lost property.
House rules
- Non-smoking hotel: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or in the rooms, including e-cigarettes. If smoking occurs, we will charge for special cleaning.
- Quiet hours: Please keep quiet in rooms and corridors from 10 pm to 7 am.
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel.
- Open flames such as candles or incense are forbidden for safety reasons. Please do not use your own heating or cooking appliances.
- Visitors to the rooms must be registered at the reception. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Valuables should not be left lying openly in the room. Please feel free to use our safe at the reception. We accept no liability for unattended items.
- Keys: Please return your key on departure. Lost keys will be charged.
- Damage should be reported to the reception immediately so that we can take care of it quickly.
Safety
The escape route plan is on the inside of your room door. Please take a short look at it after arrival. All rooms have smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers are located in the corridors. A first-aid kit is kept at the reception.
In case of fire
- Stay calm and call the fire brigade on 112.
- Leave the room, close the door and take your key with you.
- Follow the escape route outside and warn other guests.
- Wait at the assembly point in front of the building until the fire brigade arrives.
If the corridor is full of smoke, stay in your room, close the door, seal the gap with wet towels and draw attention to yourself at the window.

Stockstadt & surroundings
- Stockstadt (Main) station: only about a two-minute walk from the hotel. Regional trains run to Aschaffenburg and towards Darmstadt.
- Aschaffenburg: The town begins right next door. Worth seeing are Johannisburg Palace on the river Main, the Pompejanum and the old town with the collegiate church.
- Schönbusch Park: one of the oldest English landscape gardens in Germany, very close by. Ideal for a walk.
- Main cycle path: The popular long-distance cycle route runs along the river Main through the region.
- Spessart: Forests and hiking trails are quickly reached by car.
- Frankfurt am Main: easy to reach by car via the A3 motorway or by train via Aschaffenburg.
We are happy to give you tips for restaurants and excursions at the reception.
